- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
Prepare the Dough:
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Prepare the Fillings:
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in strawberry preserves and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to create the cinnamon sugar filling.
Assemble the Rolls:
- Roll out the dough into a 15×12-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
- Spread the strawberry cheesecake filling over the cinnamon layer. Sprinkle with fresh diced strawberries.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 even rolls.
