½ cup (120 ml) honey
-
1 tsp (1 g) crushed red pepper flakes
-
1 tsp (5 ml) apple cider vinegar

1 (12–16 oz / 340–450 g) French baguette, sliced diagonally and toasted
Instructions
-
Mix sugar, cinnamon, and ginger. Coat cut sides of peaches with the mixture.
-
Grill peaches over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes until lightly charred. Cool slightly, then slice thinner.

Heat honey with red pepper flakes for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vinegar, let cool.
-
Spread burrata generously on toasted baguette slices. Top with grilled peach slices.
-
Drizzle with spicy honey and serve immediately.
Notes
Use firm, ripe peaches to avoid mushiness when grilling.
Fresh basil leaves make a great garnish.
Prepare grilled peaches and honey ahead; assemble just before serving.
Try nectarines or plums for variation.
