Description

These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are a quick, melty dinner that combines the flavors of garlic bread with a cheesy chicken wrap. With crisp tortillas on the outside, juicy chicken inside, and loads of gooey cheese, they’re the perfect comfort food that comes together in just 22 minutes. Great for weeknights, party snacks, or anytime you want a fast, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked, diced chicken breast

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 medium flour tortillas

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic 1–2 minutes until fragrant and golden.

  • Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat.

  • Combine mozzarella and cheddar in a bowl.

  • Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add chicken mixture to the center, top with cheese, and fold into a wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

  • Melt butter in skillet. Place wraps seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

  • Slice in half, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Use medium heat when cooking garlic to prevent burning.

Try provolone, Monterey Jack, or pepper jack for different flavors.

For extra crispiness, brush tortillas with melted butter before toasting.

Add ranch, marinara, or garlic aioli inside the wrap for more flavor.
