Description

Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleasing snack or dinner, combining tender shredded chicken tossed in tangy Buffalo sauce, creamy ranch dressing, and melty cheese, all tucked inside buttery slider buns. Baked in one pan for easy cleanup, they’re spicy, cheesy, and irresistibly delicious—perfect for parties, game nights, or quick weeknight meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 9 slider buns (about 270 g)

  • 360 g (1 ½ cups) shredded chicken

  • 120 ml (½ cup) Frank’s Buffalo hot sauce

  • 30 ml (2 Tbsp) ranch dressing

  • 3 g (½ tsp) salt

  • 0.5 g (¼ tsp) ground black pepper

  • 1.5 g (½ tsp) garlic powder

  • 0.5 g (¼ tsp) paprika

  • 100 g (1 cup) shredded cheese

Garlic butter:

  • 28 g (2 Tbsp) butter, melted

  • 1.5 g (½ tsp) garlic powder

  • 0.5 g (¼ tsp) Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

  • Place the bottom halves of slider buns in the baking dish. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over them.

  • Sprinkle cheese over the chicken, then place the top halves of the buns.

  • Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush over the tops of the buns.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.

  • Serve hot.

Notes

For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne to the chicken mixture.

Rotisserie chicken is a quick, flavorful shortcut.

Swap half the Buffalo sauce for BBQ for a milder version.

For a crispy top, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end, watching closely.
