- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Squeeze excess moisture from the grated zucchini using a clean kitchen towel.
- Combine zucchini, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix until evenly combined.
- Shape mixture into 16 tablespoon-sized balls.
- Arrange on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with ranch or marinara sauce.
