Description
A fresh and creamy Winter Fruit Salad packed with strawberries, blueberries, grapes, apples, bananas, pineapple, mandarin oranges, and a sweet condensed milk dressing.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 large apple, chopped
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 pound strawberries, chopped
- 1 pint blueberries
- 2 cups grapes
- 15 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
- 20 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained with juice reserved
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Pour lemon juice into a large bowl.
- Add chopped apple and sliced bananas. Toss to coat.
- Wash and prepare strawberries, blueberries, and grapes.
- Add berries and grapes to the bowl.
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
- Add pineapple, 1/4 cup pineapple juice, and mandarin oranges.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over fruit.
- Toss until evenly coated.
- Add more pineapple juice if desired.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Notes
- Best served fresh.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Fruit will soften as it sits.
