Description

Warm Crack Chicken Dip is a cheesy, bacon-packed, ranch-flavored baked appetizer that’s perfect for parties, game days, or low-carb snacking. Loaded with juicy chicken, sour cream, cheddar, and crispy bacon, this irresistible dip is the ultimate crowd-pleaser that vanishes fast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 225g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 28g (1 oz) ranch dressing mix

  • 1 cup (150g) chopped cooked bacon

  • 2 cups (200g) shredded cheddar cheese

  • 450g (16 oz) sour cream

  • 2 cups (280g) chopped cooked chicken

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until smooth.

  • Add chopped bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and cooked chicken. Stir until fully combined.

  • Spread mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until hot, golden, and bubbly.

  • Serve immediately with chips, Fritos, celery sticks, or low-carb dippers.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheddar for best melting and flavor.

Add jalapeños or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.

Can be assembled a day ahead and baked when ready to serve.

Reheats well in the oven or microwave.

For crispier edges, bake in a cast-iron skillet.
