2 slices bacon, cooked and halved

1 tbsp (15 ml) hot honey (or regular honey)
Instructions

Mix cream cheese and green onions to make the scallion spread.

Toast the everything bagel until golden.

Cook eggs in a non-stick skillet, letting them set into a flat sheet.

Place cheese slices in the center, fold eggs over into a square.

Assemble: bagel bottom + cheesy eggs + bacon + drizzle of hot honey.
