Description

These cheesy, garlicky biscuit bombs are a quick and delicious snack or appetizer. Made with Pillsbury biscuits, mozzarella cheese, and a flavorful garlic butter topping, they are baked to golden perfection with a gooey cheese center. Perfect for game nights, parties, or as a side to your favorite Italian dishes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits

  • 8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1-inch each)

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • Prepare the biscuits: Separate the biscuits and flatten each one slightly.

  • Add cheese: Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit and wrap the dough around it, pinching the edges to seal. Roll gently into a ball shape.

  • Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.

  • Coat the biscuits: Brush each cheese-filled biscuit with the garlic butter mixture and place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  • Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Garnish: Immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve warm!

Notes

  • Use other cheeses like cheddar or pepper jack for variety.

  • Serve with marinara or ranch dressing for dipping.

  • Ensure biscuits are sealed well to prevent cheese leakage.
