Ingredients

Scale

For the Chicken Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup chicken broth or water (optional, for extra moisture)

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken Filling:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  3. Pour in chicken broth if needed for extra moisture. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.

Assemble the Wraps:

  1. Lay a flour tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle a mix of mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan in the center.
  2. Spoon chicken mixture over the cheese.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly like a burrito.
  4. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Crisp & Serve:

  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley.
  2. Brush the wraps with the garlic butter mixture.
  3. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and toast the wraps for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  4. Slice in half and serve warm!
