Instructions

  • Preparation Steps:

    • Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into small cubes.

    • Dice the onions, bell peppers, and any other veggies you’re using.

    • Drain and rinse the beans, or cook ground meat if using.

  • Cooking Instructions:

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
