- 8 ounces ranch dressing
- 75 frozen phyllo tart shells
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked and drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with green chiles.
- Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Mix shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing in a bowl.
- Combine cheese mixture with taco-seasoned beef.
- Fill phyllo tart shells evenly with the mixture.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until hot and lightly golden.
Notes
- Do not overfill phyllo shells to avoid spills.
