A homemade Taco Bell Beefy Melt Burrito copycat filled with seasoned beef, rice, beans, cheese, and crunchy chips.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water or beef broth
- 1 cup refried beans
- 2 cups cooked Mexican rice
- 4 burrito size flour tortillas
- 2 cups Fritos or Doritos
- 1 cup cheese dip
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salsa as desired
Instructions
- Cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water and simmer briefly.
- Mix in refried beans until smooth.
- Warm rice and tortillas.
- Layer beef, rice, chips, cheese dip, shredded cheese, and sour cream on tortillas.
- Roll into burritos and toast in a skillet if desired.

- Serve fresh for best texture.
- Avoid assembling early to keep chips crunchy.
- Leave chips out before freezing burritos.
