It’s naturally sweet, easy to make, and perfect for backyard BBQs, picnics, or a light dessert. A colorful celebration of peak-season fruits that comes together in minutes—no cooking required.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 peaches, diced

  • 1 pineapple, chopped into 1.25 cm pieces

  • 1 cup (150 g) cherries, pitted and quartered

  • 115 g blueberries

  • 450 g strawberries, quartered

  • 115 g raspberries

  • 115 g blackberries

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey

  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lemon juice.

  • In a large bowl, combine peaches, pineapple, cherries, blueberries, and strawberries.

  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently stir to coat.

  • Carefully fold in raspberries and blackberries.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  • Serve chilled as a side dish or light dessert.

Notes

Use ripe but firm fruit to avoid mushiness.

Add delicate berries just before serving if prepping ahead.

Mint, lime zest, or other seasonal fruits make great additions.

Serve with whipped cream or yogurt for extra flair.
