- 16 ounces frozen rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a baking dish
- Combine strawberries, rhubarb, lemon juice, and zest in a bowl
- Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg in another bowl
- Stir dry mixture into fruit and let sit
- Mix flour and brown sugar, then cut in butter until crumbly
- Add fruit to baking dish and top with sliced butter
- Spread topping evenly over fruit
- Bake 55 to 60 minutes until golden and bubbly
- Serve warm with ice cream if desired
