Description

DLux Mini Dessert Cups Valentine’s Day Layered Jello are a fun and festive treat with vibrant red layers and a charming jiggle. This easy, three-ingredient dessert is perfect for Valentine’s Day parties, romantic dinners, or a sweet solo indulgence. With its playful presentation and nostalgic flavour, it’s a crowd-pleaser that’s as simple to make as it is beautiful to serve.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packets (170 g / 6 oz) strawberry-flavored gelatin

  • 1 packet (85 g / 3 oz) unflavored gelatin

  • 720 ml (3 cups) boiling water

Instructions

  • Dissolve 1 packet of strawberry gelatin in 240 ml (1 cup) boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.

  • Pour a thin layer (approx. 1.5 cm) into each mini dessert cup. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in another 240 ml (1 cup) of boiling water. Let cool to room temperature.

  • Pour the clear layer over the first red layer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.

  • Repeat step 1 with the remaining strawberry gelatin and water. Pour over the set clear layer.

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until fully set.

  • Serve chilled. Optionally, top with whipped cream or berries.

Notes

Allow each layer to fully set before adding the next to maintain distinct layers.

Customise with different gelatin flavours or use heart-shaped moulds for a fun twist.

Best served cold; do not freeze.
