Creamy no-bake Sugar Cookie Fudge made with white chocolate, sugar cookie mix, and festive sprinkles for Valentine’s Day gifting and sharing.

- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar cookie mix
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles, divided
- 3–4 ounces almond bark or white chocolate
Instructions
- Combine white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a double boiler over medium heat.
- Stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
- Continue stirring for 2–3 minutes to fully blend the mixture.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and half of the sprinkles.
- Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Transfer fudge mixture into the pan and smooth the surface.
- Press remaining sprinkles gently into the top.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
- Lift fudge out using parchment paper and cut into squares.
- Melt almond bark in 30-second microwave intervals until smooth.
- Drizzle melted almond bark over fudge and allow to set before serving.
Notes
- Stir constantly to prevent white chocolate from scorching.
- Use seasonal sprinkles to match different holidays.
- For clean cuts, wipe the knife between slices.
