Instructions
- Puree the fresh strawberries and strain excess liquid, or grind freeze-dried strawberries into a powder.
- Beat the softened butter until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add marshmallow creme and continue beating until well blended.
- Mix in the strawberry puree or powder until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing on low speed.
- Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Increase mixer speed to medium-high and beat until fluffy with soft peaks.
- Chill for 10-15 minutes before piping if desired.
