Description

A refreshing and delightful Strawberry Crackle Salad that combines creamy textures with crunchy elements, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 16 oz Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix pretzels, pecans, and brown sugar, then stir in melted butter.
  2. Spread mixture on baking sheet and bake 8–10 minutes until bubbling. Cool and break into pieces.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in Cool Whip and chill.
  4. Fold in strawberries and half the crunch before serving. Top with remaining crunch.

Notes

  1. Cool pretzel mixture completely before using.
  2. Serve immediately after adding crunch for best texture.
