For the Crunch Coating:

  • 1 cup Golden Oreos, crushed
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For Garnish (Optional):

Instructions

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in strawberry preserves and mix well.
  3. Fold in crushed freeze-dried strawberries and graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Scoop small portions and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Freeze for 30 minutes until firm.

Make the Crunch Coating:

  1. In a food processor, pulse Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries until finely crushed.
  2. Stir in melted butter to create a crumbly mixture.

Coat the Cheesecake Bites:

  1. Roll each frozen cheesecake bite in the crunch coating until fully covered.
  2. Place them back on the tray and freeze for another 10 minutes to set.

Optional Garnish:

  1. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle extra cookie crumbs on top.
