- 1 pound large shrimp, deveined and shells removed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Creole seasoning, to taste
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Cut steak into evenly sized chunks and prepare shrimp.
- Place steak and shrimp in a bowl and toss with olive oil and Creole seasoning.
- In a separate bowl, mix butter, parsley, garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and lemon zest.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread steak and shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill kabobs, turning every few minutes for even cooking.
- Brush garlic butter over kabobs while cooking.
- Cook until steak reaches desired doneness and shrimp turns pink and opaque.
- Remove from grill and brush with remaining garlic butter before serving.
