- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Combine peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan.
- Cook until bubbling, then simmer 10 to 15 minutes until thickened.
- Mix butter, sugar, flour, salt, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Divide peach filling between two ramekins.
- Top evenly with crumble mixture.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool several minutes before serving.
Notes
- Do not overfill ramekins.
- Fresh, frozen, or canned peaches work well.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
