Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the beef cubes with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
- Arrange the potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker and drizzle with half of the butter and olive oil, then add garlic.
- Place the seasoned beef over the potatoes and drizzle with remaining butter and oil.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until tender.
- Stir gently and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Sear the beef cubes before slow cooking for deeper flavor.
- Add carrots or green beans for extra vegetables.
