Description

Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites are a rich, high-protein dinner perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

2 pounds beef stew meat

1 1/2 pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons seasoned salt

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

5 tablespoons butter, cut into pads


Instructions

1. Place beef and potatoes in slow cooker, side by side.

2. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt.

3. Toss beef to coat, keeping potatoes separate.

4. Top with chopped garlic and butter pads.

5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

6. Serve hot, spooning sauce over beef and potatoes.

Notes

For faster cooking, use cubed sirloin steak and cook on high for 4 hours.
