Description

Transform your dinner routine with this incredibly tender and flavorful Slow Cooker Beef Manhattan that practically makes itself while you go about your day.


Ingredients

Scale

2 to 3 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into large chunks

1 packet onion soup mix

1 packet brown gravy mix

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

4 cups prepared mashed potatoes

6 to 8 slices prepared garlic bread


Instructions

1. Cut beef into large chunks.

2. Place beef in slow cooker and add onion soup mix and gravy mix.

3. Pour apple cider vinegar over the meat.

4. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.

5. Prepare mashed potatoes and garlic bread before serving.

6. Serve beef and gravy over mashed potatoes with garlic bread.

Notes

You can substitute the chuck roast with stew meat or bottom round roast.

White vinegar or beef broth can replace apple cider vinegar.
