Description

A simple peach syrup recipe made with ripe peaches, sugar, and water. Perfect for pancakes, waffles, desserts, and preserving summer flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe peaches
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Remove pits and slice peaches.
  2. Add peaches, sugar, and water to a skillet.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil over high heat.
  4. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often.
  5. Remove from heat and cool for 30 minutes.
  6. Press mixture through a fine sieve.
  7. Transfer syrup to a clean glass jar.
  8. Refrigerate for up to 4 weeks.

Notes
