- 2 large egg whites, beaten until stiff
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 13×9-inch baking dish.
- Combine sliced peaches, cornstarch, and sugar in a large bowl.

- Mix flour, egg yolks, melted butter, baking powder, and sugar in another bowl.
- Gently fold stiff egg whites into the batter.
