Description

Quick and flavorful shrimp rice bowls with spicy mayo, fresh vegetables, and perfectly cooked shrimp.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup radishes
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix marinade and coat shrimp
  2. Let shrimp marinate 10 minutes
  3. Cook rice if needed
  4. Mix spicy mayo ingredients
  5. Heat skillet and cook shrimp 2-3 minutes each side
  6. Divide rice into bowls
  7. Add shrimp and vegetables
  8. Drizzle spicy mayo and serve

  1. Do not overcook shrimp
  2. Adjust spice level to taste
