2 cups mini marshmallows or 12–16 large marshmallows
-
Optional: peanut butter, caramel, chocolate chips, cookie butter

Lay out graham crackers on the sheet pan, side by side.
-
Place chocolate pieces on top of each cracker.
-
-
Add Marshmallows:
-
Add mini or large marshmallows on top of the chocolate.
-

-
-
Broil Carefully:
-
Broil for 1–2 minutes. Watch closely.
-
Remove once the marshmallows are golden brown.
-
-
Top and Serve:
-
Optional: add a second Graham cracker on top to make a sandwich.

-
Notes
-
Watch closely under the broiler—marshmallows can burn fast.
-
Try fun toppings like crushed cookies or flavored chocolate.
