Description

Sheet Pan S’mores are an easy, oven-baked version of the classic campfire treat. With graham crackers, melty chocolate, and toasted marshmallows, this recipe gives you all the flavor of traditional s’mores without needing a fire.   • Graham crackers (enough to line your sheet pan, about 12–16)

  • 4 large chocolate bars (milk, dark, or your choice), broken into pieces

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows or 1216 large marshmallows

  • Optional: peanut butter, caramel, chocolate chips, cookie butter


Instructions

  • Preheat and Prep:

    • Set your oven to broil.

    • Line a rimmed baking sheet (about 9×13 inches) with parchment paper.

  • Assemble Base:

    • Lay out graham crackers on the sheet pan, side by side.

    • Place chocolate pieces on top of each cracker.

  • Add Marshmallows:

    • Add mini or large marshmallows on top of the chocolate.

    • Keep them centered so they don’t slide when melted.

  • Broil Carefully:

    • Broil for 1–2 minutes. Watch closely.

    • Remove once the marshmallows are golden brown.

  • Top and Serve:

    • Optional: add a second Graham cracker on top to make a sandwich.

    • Let cool for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
