Description

Enjoy the classic flavors of s’mores in this simple, oven-baked treat. This easy Sheet Pan S’mores recipe gives you perfectly melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows on a crunchy graham cracker base—no campfire needed! Ideal for family nights, gatherings, or anytime you crave comfort food nostalgia.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (408 g) graham crackers (14.4 oz)

  • ¼ cup (50 g) sugar

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ cup (57 g) unsalted butter, melted

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • 12 oz (340 g) semi-sweet chocolate

  • 35 jumbo marshmallows

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×12-inch baking sheet.

  • In a food processor, blend graham crackers, sugar, salt, melted butter, cinnamon, and eggs until crumbly.

  • Press mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, prick with a fork, and bake for 10 minutes.

  • Sprinkle chocolate evenly over the hot base, let melt briefly, then spread evenly. Cool for 30 minutes.

  • Arrange marshmallows neatly on top. Broil briefly (about 90 seconds) until golden and toasted.

  • Remove, gently press marshmallows to crack slightly, slice into squares, and serve warm or chilled briefly.

Notes

Watch marshmallows closely during broiling to avoid burning.

For extra indulgence, drizzle caramel sauce or add flaky sea salt.

Clean the knife between cuts for neat servings.
