1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded (approx. 200 g)

1 large tomato, chopped (approx. 180 g)

1 medium green bell pepper, chopped (approx. 120 g)

1 bunch green onions, chopped (about ½ cup / 50 g)

2 cups (200 g) shredded Cheddar cheese

1 (6 oz / 170 g) can sliced black olives, drained
Instructions

Mix refried beans and taco seasoning in a bowl. Spread evenly in a 13×9 inch (33×23 cm) dish.

Blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spread over the bean layer.

Spread salsa evenly on top of the creamy layer.

Add shredded lettuce, followed by chopped tomato, green bell pepper, and green onions.
