Description
A quick and flavorful sauteed zucchini recipe made with butter, garlic, and fresh zucchini in just 10 minutes.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound zucchini, sliced slightly less than 1/2 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add zucchini in a mostly single layer and cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring only once or twice.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and push zucchini to the sides of the pan.
- Add butter to the center and let it melt.
- Add minced garlic and cook about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook briefly until butter coats the zucchini.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the skillet.
- Stir only occasionally for better browning.
