Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the tops off banana peppers, remove seeds, rinse, and pat dry.

In a bowl, combine sausage, mozzarella, Parmesan-Romano, and garlic. Mix until well combined.
