Description

Warm roasted peaches baked with honey, cinnamon, and butter, then served with creamy vanilla Greek yogurt for an easy summer dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe peaches
  • 2 tablespoons light butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 12 ounces fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Wash the peaches, slice them in half, and remove the pits.
  3. Place the peaches cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  4. Top each peach half with butter, honey, and cinnamon.
  5. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until tender and golden around the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool slightly.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla Greek yogurt.
