Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 6 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish
  2. Mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt
  3. Cut in butter until mixture becomes crumbly
  4. Stir in chopped walnuts into topping
  5. Combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and walnuts
  6. Let mixture sit for 5 minutes then stir
  7. Pour raspberry mixture into baking dish
  8. Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over berries
  9. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown
  10. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving
  11. Serve with vanilla ice cream if desired
