Instructions

In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter and mix in cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice until thickened.

Stir in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until well combined. Add orange food coloring if desired.

Pour the mixture onto a butter-greased baking sheet, spread evenly, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until firm.
