Description

This easy Pineapple Dump Cake recipe combines crushed pineapple, cake mix, brown sugar, and butter for a simple dessert everyone loves.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (20 oz each) crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread crushed pineapple and juice in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pineapple.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar over cake mix.
  5. Pour melted butter evenly across the top.
  6. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Cool slightly and serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
