Description

Sweet cinnamon sugar pie crust chips served with fresh fruit salsa.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 15 oz pie crusts
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup kiwi
  • 1 cup peaches
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and line baking sheets
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon
  3. Brush dough with butter and sprinkle mixture
  4. Cut into triangles and bake 8 minutes
  5. Cool chips
  6. Dice fruit and mix with honey and lime
  7. Serve together

Notes

  1. Use firm fruits only
  2. Avoid frozen fruit
  3. Chill salsa before serving
