Description

Pickle Dip Pinwheels are creamy, tangy, and irresistibly snackable. Made with soft tortillas, diced ham, crunchy dill pickles, and cream cheese, they’re the perfect make-ahead appetizer for parties, game days, or lunchbox snacks. Quick to prep and fun to eat, these pinwheels are always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1½ cups (225 g) diced deli ham

  • 1½ cups (225 g) diced dill pickle spears

  • 67 taco-sized tortillas (20 cm diameter)

Instructions

  1. Dice ham and pickles finely.

  2. Beat cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.

  3. Mix in diced ham and pickles until evenly combined.

  4. Spread mixture on each tortilla, leaving a ½-inch border.

  5. Roll tortillas tightly into logs.

  6. Chill for at least 1 hour to firm.

  7. Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.

  8. Serve chilled on a tray.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier spreading.

Microwave tortillas briefly if they crack while rolling.

Don’t overfill to keep tight spirals.

Trim ends for a cleaner look.

Best made ahead and sliced just before serving.
