Ingredients

1½ cups (225 g) diced dill pickle spears

6–7 taco-sized tortillas (20 cm diameter)
Instructions

Dice ham and pickles finely.

Beat cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.

Mix in diced ham and pickles until evenly combined.

Spread mixture on each tortilla, leaving a ½-inch border.

Roll tortillas tightly into logs.

Chill for at least 1 hour to firm.

Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.

Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier spreading.
Microwave tortillas briefly if they crack while rolling.
