Description
These Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are filled with peppers, onions, and melted provolone cheese, then baked together for an easy crowd-pleasing meal.

- 12 slider rolls
- 1 pound thinly sliced steak
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Separate roll tops and bottoms and place bottoms in a baking dish. Spread mayonnaise on both sides of rolls.
- Cook steak with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Drain excess liquid.
- Saute peppers and onions until tender and drain.
- Layer steak, peppers, onions, and provolone over rolls.
- Place roll tops on sliders.
- Mix butter and diced onion and brush over tops.
- Cover with foil and bake 10 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more until cheese melts.
- Cut and serve.
Notes
- Drain excess liquid from meat and vegetables to avoid soggy bread.
- Serve warm for best texture and flavor.
