Pepper jack crack chicken is a creamy, cheesy, and slightly spicy comfort food made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, bacon, and melted Pepper Jack cheese.

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place chicken in slow cooker and season with ranch mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper
- Add chicken broth if using and top with softened cream cheese
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours until chicken reaches 165°F
- Shred chicken and return to slow cooker, stirring into cream cheese mixture
- Stir in shredded Pepper Jack cheese and crumbled bacon until melted
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot
Notes
- Serve over rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, or cauliflower rice
- Add jalapeños or red pepper flakes for extra heat
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
