Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup melted butter

16 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

¾ cup brown sugar

½ cup corn syrup

¼ cup heavy cream

1 tbsp flour
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into the pan, and bake for 8 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the baked crust.

Bake for 25 minutes or until just set.

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, cream, and flour. Cook until thickened.

Stir in pecans and spread mixture evenly over the cheesecake layer.

Notes
You can substitute corn syrup with maple syrup for a deeper flavor. Store refrigerated for up to 5 days. Bars can be frozen for up to 2 months.
