-
1/2 cup (120 g) peanut butter
-
1/4 cup (30 g) all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking pan with foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
-
Press one roll of cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
-
In a small bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and flour until smooth.
-
Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the cookie dough base, leaving a slight border.
-
Crumble the second roll of cookie dough on top and press lightly to mostly cover the filling.
-
Bake for 20–30 minutes until the top is golden and the center has a slight jiggle.
-
Cool completely in the pan, then slice into squares and serve.
Notes
Don’t overbake to keep the texture gooey.
Add-ins like chopped nuts or caramel swirls can elevate the flavor.
