- ⅔ cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ¼ cups cold unsalted butter, cubed
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 5 cups peeled and chopped peaches
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a food processor.
- Pulse in butter until crumbly.
- Reserve 1½ cups crumb mixture for topping.
- Press remaining crumbs into pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Mix brown sugar into reserved crumb mixture.
- Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt for filling.
- Add peaches and toss well.
- Stir heavy cream and vanilla into peach mixture.
- Pour filling over warm crust.
- Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over peaches.
- Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours before slicing.
