- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2 pounds fresh peaches, pitted and thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl, then cut in butter until crumbly.
- Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the mixture for topping and press the rest into the pan.
- Bake the crust for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden and cool slightly.
- Whisk together eggs and sugar, then stir in sour cream, flour, and salt.
- Fold sliced peaches into the filling mixture.
- Pour filling over the baked crust and sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until lightly browned and set.
- Cool for at least 1 hour before slicing and refrigerate for cleaner cuts.
Notes
- Leave peach skins on for easier preparation if desired.
- Refrigerate before slicing for the cleanest bars.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
