Description

Light and airy Peach Whipped Cream made with fresh peaches. Perfect for cakes, cupcakes, pies, and ice cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup finely pureed fresh peaches
  • Optional peach slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and puree the peaches until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixing bowl and beaters before starting.
  3. Pour cold heavy whipping cream into the bowl and beat until soft peaks form.
  4. Gradually mix in the sugar while continuing to beat.
  5. Fold the peach puree gently into the whipped cream until smooth.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
