- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 8-ounce carton whipped topping
- 1 pasteurized egg optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Whisk peach gelatin with boiling water until dissolved.
- Stir peaches into gelatin mixture and chill until slightly thickened.
- Combine crushed pretzels, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
- Press mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes and cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and optional egg until smooth.
- Fold whipped topping into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread cream cheese layer over cooled crust.
- Pour soft-set gelatin mixture over cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate until fully set and serve chilled.
