Description
Warm Peach Dumplings made with crescent rolls, juicy peaches, cinnamon, butter, and lemon-lime soda for an easy baked dessert.

- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- 16 frozen peach slices
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 can lemon-lime soda
- Extra butter for greasing the baking dish
- Whipped cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
- Separate the crescent dough into triangles and place two peach slices on each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the peaches and place the dumplings into the baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and stir in the sugar and vanilla extract.
- Pour the butter mixture evenly over the dumplings.
- Sprinkle cinnamon across the tops of the dumplings.
- Pour the lemon-lime soda around the edges of the baking dish.
- Bake for 40 minutes until the dumplings turn golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving with whipped cream.
Notes
- Keep the peaches slightly frozen for better texture.
- Do not pour soda directly on top of the dumplings.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.
