- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- Whipped cream for serving if desired
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press crust mixture evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar and vanilla extract.
- Add eggs one at a time and fold in sour cream.
- Pour filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the center slightly jiggles.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with sliced strawberries and blueberries before serving.
- Slice into bars and serve chilled.
