One Pot Spaghetti is a quick and budget friendly dinner made with ground beef, marinara sauce, and pasta cooked together in one pot for easy cleanup and rich flavor.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 jars (24 oz each) marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 12 oz spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion in a large pot and drain excess grease.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in marinara sauce, oregano, salt, pepper, and chicken broth and bring to a simmer for 10 minutes.
- Break spaghetti noodles in half and stir into the sauce.
- Simmer for 12-15 minutes stirring frequently.
- Cook an additional 1-2 minutes until pasta is al dente.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
Notes
- Use homemade marinara sauce if preferred.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for 5-7 days.
- Add extra broth when reheating to loosen the sauce.
